Ayodele Dalgety-Dean is a visionary entrepreneur and  leader with a track record of managing high-impact ventures across diverse sectors. She is the Founding Member and Director of Sispro Inc., an indigenous, women-led Guyanese energy company, and the Founder and Director of Blossom Incorporated, a non-governmental organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families affected by sexual violence and exploitation. Ayo also co-manages a thriving real estate portfolio and serves as a Director of Cross Energy (Guyana) Inc., an indigenous Oil and Gas Services company. She has a PhD from Nottingham Trent University, where she conducted groundbreaking research on suicide in Guyana. Balancing her entrepreneurial ventures with her personal life, Ayo is a devoted wife and mother of three vibrant children.
