As Partner Advisory at Grant Thornton in the Dutch Caribbean, Suriname, and Guyana, he leads the Advisory Line of Service, focusing on organizational transformations, technology-enabled services, governance, risk management, compliance, and process optimization.

Additionally, as Managing Director for Grant Thornton Suriname, he spearheads international service delivery efforts while serving the local markets of Suriname and Guyana. Grant Thornton is currently executing its strategy to establish Suriname as a Regional Delivery Center for a global client network.
